Will this thing hold up for pressure washing equipment?

It's good for fluid transfer, and is also rated for pressure washing applications.

What thread size does this socket use for connecting to my line?

The port on this fitting is 1/4-18 NPTF, which is a standard tapered pipe thread. That means it'll seal on the threads themselves rather than relying on a separate washer or O-ring at the face. If your existing line already runs 1/4 NPTF female, you'd need a male adapter on that end to mate up with this socket.
