Flow rate on this thing is listed as 11-19 L/min, does that mean it works across that whole range, or is it fixed at one end?

That range is the operating window the unit is built to handle, not a fixed output. Anywhere between 11 and 19 L/min falls within spec, so your system doesn't need to hit a single target number. As long as your pump output lands somewhere in that band, the MINI ORB will function as intended. The upper ceiling is 19 LPM, and running right at that limit is acceptable.

Would this be alright for somethin' like a little Kubota tractor?
