So this fitting's got two different kinds of threads, right? NPT and JIC? Just want to be sure I'm reading that right.

Correct. This bulkhead fitting uses a 3/4-14 Male NPTF connection on one side and a 1-1/16-12 Male JIC SAE 37-Degree Flare on the other, so you can connect different types of hydraulic lines.

got a bulkhead deal going through a panel, is this one the style that’s NPTF on one side and JIC 37 on the other?

For a mixed-thread pass-through, this fitting gives you a 3/4-14 male NPTF on the B1 side (SAE J476) and a 1-1/16-12 male JIC 37 degree flare on the B2 side (SAE J514), so you can transition NPTF to JIC through a bulkhead or panel.

fitting goes through a bulkhead panel, right? just want to make sure one end handles NPTF and the other end is JIC before i order a handful of these

Correct on both counts. One end is a 3/4-14 Male NPTF thread built to SAE J476, and the other end is a 1-1/16-12 Male JIC SAE 37-Degree Flare conforming to SAE J514. The whole point of this fitting is to bridge those two thread types at a single pass-through point in a panel or frame, so you're not having to add extra adapters on either side of the wall.
