Will this bulkhead tee work with standard JIC fittings?

this branch tee is made to the SAE J514 spec, so it'll play nice with other JIC SAE 37-degree flare fittings.

got a bulkhead pass-through setup, is this tee the kind that mounts through a panel and still gives me a branch off it?
