this pump got listed under fan drive systems, we run one on a sweeper truck and I want to make sure it'd hold up in that kind of duty. it rated for cold weather too?

On the cold weather side, the minimum working temperature is rated at -20°C, which covers most anything you'd see in a hard winter season.
