Will this bulkhead fitting work with standard JIC connections?

Yes, it's designed with male JIC SAE 37-degree flare connections on both ends, so it should fit right into any system using those same standard connections.

Both ends on this fitting are male JIC, right? Trying to figure out if it'll work passing through a panel on my hydraulic unit without needing adapters on either side.

Both connections are male JIC SAE 37-degree flare, 3/4-16 thread on each end, built to SAE J514 spec. The bulkhead design includes a lock nut, so it mounts directly through a panel and holds position without extra hardware on either side. As long as your mating fittings are female JIC at that thread size, you won't need adapters.
