Both sides on this thing are 3/4-16 male JIC? Just want to make sure I ain't reading that wrong before I order.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a 3/4-16 male JIC thread with a SAE 37-degree flare profile, and both sides meet SAE J514 spec. The fitting is symmetric, so there's no inlet or outlet to worry about orienting during install.

Both ends are 3/4-16 male JIC SAE 37 degree flare threads, and they are built to SAE J514, so it matches a 3/4-16 MJ on each side.
