Application-wise, this gear pump is well-suited for both tractors and harvesters, so it should handle both jobs without a problem.

pump direction on this thing reversible in the field, or do you have to send it back to get that done?

Field reversible is built right into the Series 26 design. You can swap rotation direction on-site without sending the unit anywhere. That's a real time saver when you're retrofitting equipment or swapping it between machines that run opposite circuits.
