This pump listed as field reversible, does that mean I can swap the rotation direction without pulling it apart or sending it back out?

Field reversible means you can change the pump's rotation direction on-site without disassembling the unit or returning it for reconfiguration. That kind of flexibility matters when you're fitting it into a system where the drive rotation doesn't match a standard setup right out of the box.
