pump says field reversible direction, so does that mean I can just flip which way it spins without pullin the whole thing apart?

Field reversible means you can change the pump's rotation direction without sending it back or doing a major teardown. That's a real handy feature when you're swapping it into a setup that runs the opposite direction from what you pulled out. Saves a good bit of time on the install side.
