does this pump work in cold weather? got equipment sitting outside all winter and need something that ain't gonna lock up on me come January

Cold weather operation is built into this pump's design. It's rated to handle temperatures down to -20°C, so running it through a hard winter shouldn't be a problem as long as your hydraulic fluid is also rated for those conditions.
