pump says it's field reversible, does that mean I can swap rotation without pulling it off the machine or sending it back somewhere?

you can reverse the pump direction right in the field without sending it anywhere. That's one of the practical benefits built into this Series 26 design. It saves real time when you're setting up or reconfiguring a circuit and don't want to deal with a whole teardown.
