Just want to make sure, this adapter plate will let me piggyback a Char-Lynn motor onto my Danfoss piston pump?

That's correct. This adapter plate is specifically designed to allow installation of Char-Lynn hydraulic motors as auxiliary components to the rear or side ports of compatible Danfoss / Eaton piston pumps.
