Will this gear pump hold up okay in cold weather, say down to -10 or -15 degrees?

pump says it's field reversible -- does that mean I can flip the rotation without swapping out any extra parts or fittings?

That's what field reversible means on this one. You can change the pump's rotational direction right there during installation without needing to source additional components or modify your circuit setup. Handy when you're working around a gearbox or PTO that runs the opposite direction from what you originally planned for.
