Does this pump work if you need to flip the rotation direction, or do you gotta order a whole different unit for that?

Field-reversible direction is built right into it, so you can swap rotation without sourcing a separate pump. That makes it a lot easier when you're fitting it into a circuit that runs opposite-hand from what you originally planned.

This unit is rated down to a minimum working temperature of -20°C, so it should work in a Minnesota winter.
