It's suited for lift trucks, yes. It's also used in tractors, harvesters, machine tools, compactors, sweepers, rotary mowers, fan drive systems and auxiliary work circuits.

Been running a Series 26 on one of our harvesters for years and the old one finally gave out. This the same pump, just the current part number?

the 26104-RAD is the supplier part number for this unit, and it's a Danfoss/Eaton Series 26 fixed displacement external gear pump. If your previous pump was from that same series and matched the application, this one covers the same ground.
