Got a Series 26 pump running on a harvester right now that's getting loud. Would this one run quieter, or is that more of a mount and hydraulic connections issue?

Reduced noise and vibration is actually a built-in design characteristic of this Series 26 pump, not just a side effect of how it's mounted. So yes, swapping to this unit can make a real difference on its own. That said, if your current setup has loose mounts or aerated fluid, those issues will still show up regardless of which pump you run. The pump itself is engineered to operate more quietly than older designs in this series, which makes it a solid starting point if noise is your main concern.
