reckon this'll work on my tractor's hydraulics?

pump says it's field reversible -- how hard is that to actually do out in the shop?

Reversing the pump direction on this unit is something that can be handled on-site without sending it out. The field-reversible design means the rotation can be changed by disassembling and repositioning internal components, which is a fairly common procedure for technicians familiar with external gear pumps. No special tooling or factory service is required to make that change.
