Pump's got "field reversible direction" listed, what does that actually mean for somebody swappin it into a machine that runs the opposite rotation from the original?

Reversing the pump's rotation direction can be done without sending it back or sourcing a different unit. The internal configuration can be changed out in the field to match either clockwise or counterclockwise shaft rotation, which saves real time when you're retrofitting into a machine that ran a different pump before. Just make sure your port orientation and hydraulic connections line up once the direction change is made.
