this pump reversible, or do I gotta order a specific rotation when I buy it?

Field-reversible is built right into this unit, so you can swap rotation direction without swapping the pump. That comes in handy during installation if the setup calls for a different drive orientation than you expected, or if you're retrofitting it into equipment where the original pump ran the opposite way.
