Reckon this'll hold up in cold weather on my tractor?

This pump is rated down to -20°C, so it should handle cold weather applications.

pump says it's field reversible, does that mean I can switch the rotation direction myself out in the shop without sending it back or ordering extra parts?

Field-reversible means exactly that. You can reconfigure the rotation direction on-site without needing additional components. That kind of flexibility is real handy when you're fitting it into a machine where the drive shaft spins a certain way and you need the pump to match up without a lot of fuss.
