Been looking at this pump for a fan drive setup on some equipment we run pretty hard. Does it hold up alright when it's running steady for long stretches, or is it better suited for on-and-off type cycles?

Fixed displacement external gear pumps in the Series 26 line are built with improved volumetric and mechanical efficiency, which makes them a reasonable fit for both continuous-duty and cyclic hydraulic circuits. The design addresses noise and vibration as well, which matters when a pump is running for extended periods. Fan drive systems are actually listed as one of the intended applications, so that use case lines up well with what this pump was built to handle.
