Is this here Eaton Char-Lynn pump gonna work okay on my tractor's power steering?

pump says it's field reversible, is that something a guy can do out in the shop without a lot of special tooling?

Field reversible means you can change the rotation direction without replacing the pump or sending it out. It's set up to be reconfigured on-site, so a shop with basic mechanical capability can handle it. No exotic tooling required for that part of the job.
