Product Questions & Answers

fitting's made of stainless steel, so I'm guessing it holds up pretty good in wet or chemical environments?
Question by: Lee W on Apr 28, 2025, 3:48 PM
Stainless steel was the right call for that kind of exposure. Corrosion is a real concern in chemical processing and instrumentation lines, and this material handles it far better than standard carbon steel fittings. The construction is rated down to negative 65 degrees Fahrenheit as well, so cold environments or outdoor wintertime use won't be a problem either.

Can this connector handle hydraulic systems, or is it more for instrumentation type stuff?
Question by: Freddie H on Nov 15, 2025, 11:40 AM
It’s suitable for hydraulic, instrumentation, and chemical processing systems.

trying to swap out a straight adapter i’ve got, is this one the kind that goes from a 37 degree flare to a pipe thread?
Question by: Dwight B on Aug 1, 2025, 9:46 PM
Built as a straight adapter, it connects an SAE 37° male flare on one end to a male NPTF pipe thread on the other, which is a common combo for hydraulic and instrumentation hookups.
