field reversible pump direction, does that mean I can swap rotation without swapping out the whole unit?

That's what it means. The Series L2 is built so you can change the pump's rotation direction right in the field without pulling a different unit. That's a real time saver when you're setting up equipment or retrofitting a system where the drive rotation doesn't match your original configuration.

got a machine that needs the pump to spin the other way sometimes. is this one reversible or am i stuck with one direction
