Can this hydraulic pump handle cold weather?

It's rated to work in temperatures as low as -20°C, so it should hold up in colder conditions.

Does this pump work alright in cold weather setups, or is there a lower temp limit I should know about?

Cold weather operation is covered down to -20 degrees Celsius, so running it through a hard winter in unheated equipment or outdoor machinery shouldn't be a problem as long as you're staying above that threshold. Below that point you'd be pushing outside what it's rated for.
