pump direction on this one reversible in the field, or do you have to pull it apart to swap it?

Field reversible is built right into the design on this one. You can change the rotation direction without swapping out the unit or cracking the housing open. Handy when you're doing a swap on a machine that runs opposite from what you expected, saves a real headache on the job.
