need something that’ll show up on greasy machine parts. are these blue paint markers pretty easy to see?

Straight out of the box is what you get. The tip style is fixed and there's no way to adjust it. No swappable nibs, no dial, nothing like that. What ships is what you use, so if tip size matters for your application, worth keeping that in mind before ordering.
