Reckon this'll hold up if I'm running hydraulic oil through it all day long?

Forged stainless steel gives this elbow good corrosion resistance, which you definitely want with continuous hydraulic oil use. It's rated for dynamic pressures up to 3,000 PSI, so as long as your system stays within that range, it should handle the duty cycle just fine.
