trying to swap an elbow on a press line, what threads are on each end of this 12MJ-12MP extra-long 90?

One side is a Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare per SAE J514 with a 1-1/16-12 thread. The other side is a Male NPTF per SAE J476 with a 3/4-14 thread.
