trying to replace an elbow on a hose, is this one #10 male JIC on one side and 3/4 male pipe on the other?

On the JIC side, it has a #10 male JIC 37 degree flare thread, 7/8-14 per SAE J514. The other end is a 3/4-14 male NPTF pipe thread per SAE J476, so it is a #10 MJIC x 3/4 inch M-pipe 90 degree elbow.

what's the thread setup on this fitting, both ends? trying to figure out if it'll tie into my hydraulic line and a pipe port without needing an adapter in between

One end is a #10 Male JIC with a 37-degree flare, sized at 7/8-14 threads, built to SAE J514. The other end is a 3/4-inch Male NPTF, running 3/4-14 threads to SAE J476. So you've got a JIC flare end going into your hydraulic hose connection and a tapered pipe thread end going into the port. No additional adapter needed as long as both your line and your port match those specs.

What size pipe threads does this fitting have? Just want to make sure it'll fit what I'm working on.

The pipe thread is 3/4-14, conforming to SAE J476 standards, which is a male NPTF (National Pipe Taper Fuel) type.
