trying to hook a JIC line into a 1/4 NPTF port, is this the elbow that does that?

For tying those two thread styles together, it matches up as a 90 degree elbow with a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one end (7/16-20, SAE J514) and a male NPTF on the other (1/4-18, SAE J476).
