Will this here reducer work with standard JIC fittings?

got a hose end that’s 1-5/16-12 female JIC, will this step it down to 3/4-16 male JIC?

Yes, it is a straight reducer with a Female JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the B1 side (1-5/16-12) and a Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the B2 side (3/4-16). Both ends follow SAE J514.

Thread sizes on this one got me second-guessing myself. The female end is 1-5/16-12 and the male end is 3/4-16, that right?

you got it. The larger female JIC end is 1-5/16-12 and the male JIC end steps down to 3/4-16. Both are SAE 37-degree flare connections built to SAE J514 spec, so as long as your fittings on each side match those sizes, you're good to go.
