got a 1-1/16-12 female JIC on one side and need to step down to 7/16-20 male JIC, is that what this reducer does?

Function-wise, it is a straight stainless reducer assembly that goes from a 1-1/16-12 Female JIC SAE 37 degree flare (SAE J514) on the B1 side down to a 7/16-20 Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare (SAE J514) on the B2 side.
