trying to step down from a 9/16-18 JIC to a smaller JIC, is that what this reducer does?

Function-wise, it is a straight reducer that goes from a Female JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the 9/16-18 side (B1) to a Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the 7/16-20 side (B2), both built to SAE J514.

What's the drill size on the B2 thread?
