got a hose end that’s #6 JIC, will this screw into a 1/2-14 female pipe port without any weird adapters?

On the JIC side it is a #6 male JIC 37 degree flare with 9/16-18 threads, and the other end is a female NPTF pipe thread at 1/2-14. So it is meant to connect a #6 JIC flare connection to a 1/2-14 male NPTF port.
