trying to swap a fitting on my hydraulic line, is this the straight adapter that goes from a 1-5/8-12 male JIC 37 degree flare over to a 2-11-1/2 male NPTF?

For a straight JIC to pipe-thread connection, this adapter matches a Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one end with 1-5/8-12 threads (SAE J514) and a Male NPTF on the other end with 2-11-1/2 threads (SAE J476).
