got a hose end that’s 1-5/8-12 JIC, will this adapter screw right onto that and then go into 1-1/4-11-1/2 NPTF?

It matches a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on the B1 side in 1-5/8-12, and a male NPTF on the B2 side in 1-1/4-11-1/2. So it is meant to adapt between those two male thread types and sizes.

Will this here fitting hold up to 3000 psi like it says? Just wanna be sure before I put it in.
