trying to swap a fitting on a hose, is this the one that goes from a 1/2-20 male JIC flare over to a 1/4-18 male NPTF?

Match-up wise, it is a straight adapter with a male JIC SAE 37 degree flare on one end in 1/2-20 (SAE J514) and a male NPTF on the other end in 1/4-18 (SAE J476).

It has a 1/2-20 thread for B1 and a 1/4-18 thread for B2.
