got a line with 1-7/8-12 JIC on both ends. is this the straight adapter that matches that?

For a straight male JIC 37 degree flare to male JIC 37 degree flare connection, this part matches that setup. Both ends are SAE J514 male JIC with a 1-7/8-12 thread size.

Both connections are 1-7/8-12 male JIC with a 37-degree flare, and both sides meet SAE J514 spec. Same thread on each end, so it's a true union-style straight adapter. The drill diameter on both sides comes in at 1.312 mm if that helps with any fitment checks on your end.
