got a hose end with 1/2-20 JIC, will this straight adapter match up on both sides?

Built as a straight Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare to Male JIC SAE 37 degree flare adapter, both ends are 1/2-20 threads and follow SAE J514.

Both ends are 1/2-20 male JIC on this thing, right? Trying to connect two female JIC fittings back to back and wanna make sure I got the right piece before I order.

Correct on both counts. Each end carries a 1/2-20 Male JIC SAE 37 Degree Flare thread, so you're looking at a male-to-male straight union. If you've got two female JIC ports that need to be joined inline, this adapter is exactly what bridges them. Both ends conform to SAE J514, so thread geometry is consistent across the fitting.

Reckon this would hold up okay for hooking up some hydraulic lines on my tractor? Gotta be able to take some pressure.
