Product Questions & Answers

So, this thing's got SAE O-ring on one side and a 37-degree flare on the other? Just makin' sure I'm lookin' at the right part here.
Question by: Dwight H on Jun 3, 2025, 6:26 AM
That's right, it's an SAE O-ring Boss on one end and a 37-degree flare swivel on the other. This adapter is made to connect those two different types of fittings.

got a port that takes SAE O-ring boss and i need to hook it to a 37 degree flare line. is this the right kind of adapter?
Question by: Donna P on Dec 1, 2025, 3:59 PM
For that kind of hookup, you want a straight adapter with an SAE ORB male end on one side and an SAE 37 degree female swivel on the other. This part is exactly that style, listed as an SAE ORB Male to SAE 37 degree Female Straight Adapter.

what's the thread size on both ends of this fitting? trying to figure out if it'll match up with what i already got on the machine
Question by: Billy K on Jan 17, 2026, 1:24 PM
Both ends are 7/16 inch. The male end is SAE O-ring Boss and the female end is SAE 37 degree flare, so as long as your existing connections match those two standards at that size, you're in good shape for a straight-through connection.
