Flow rate on this thing is listed at 11.4 LPM, that sit right for a small turf machine or is that more suited toward utility vehicle use?

Both, actually. That flow range of 11 to 19 L/min covers small turf care equipment and utility vehicles alike, so you're not stuck in one lane with it. On-highway vehicle applications are also in scope for this unit, which gives it a bit more range than a purpose-built turf-only SCU. As long as your system stays within that flow window, it fits either setup without issue.
