Got a 5/16 push-lock hose barb on one end and a 1/4 NPTF port on the other side of my manifold, is this the fitting that bridges those two?

That's exactly what this one does. One end is a 5/16 ISO 12151 push-lock hose barb, and the other is a 1/4-18 male NPTF thread per SAE J476. If your hose and port match those specs, this fitting connects them straight through with no adapters in between.

So, this thing's got different threads on each end, right? Just want to make sure I'm seeing that correctly.
