What size is that smaller threaded end?

That'd be 1/8-27, according to the specs, and it meets SAE J476 standards.

Push lock barb on one end and male NPTF on the other, is that right for this fitting?

That's the setup. One end is a push lock hose barb built to ISO 12151 spec, and the other is a 1/8-27 male NPTF thread that follows SAE J476. The barb side takes a 5/16 hose. It's a straight configuration, so there's no angle to account for when you're routing your line.
