trying to swap out a fitting on a push-lock hose, is this one the 1/4 push-on barb with a 3/8-18 male pipe thread?

Match it up by the ends: B1 is a 1/4 push lock hose barb per ISO 12151, and B2 is a 3/8-18 male NPTF thread per SAE J476. It is a straight brass fitting in Brennan’s 2113 series.
