Does the push lock barb end on this fitting follow ISO 12151, or is it some other standard I'd need to match up on my end?

Push lock end meets ISO 12151, with a 3/4 thread size on that side. The opposite end is a female JIC swivel with a 37-degree flare at 1-1/16-12, built to SAE J514. Long as your hose and mating components line up with those two standards, you're looking at a straight connection without any adapter stacking.
