Got a piece of equipment with a BSPP port on it and need to tie into a standard NPT line. This the right fitting to make that happen?

For a 3/8" BSPP male port connecting to a 3/8" female NPT, yeah, this is exactly what you need. The one side runs a G 3/8-19 BSPP thread and the other accepts a 3/8-18 NPTF, so it bridges those two thread standards in one compact piece. For bridging thread standards, it gives you a G 3/8-19 BSPP male on one side and a 3/8-18 NPTF female on the other, so it connects a BSPP port to an NPT line end in a straight adapter.
