does this fit up with a 90 degree elbow or is it already built that way

Already built in. The 2062-20-24S comes configured as a 90 degree elbow adapter right out of the box, so there's no assembly needed on that end. One side is a 20-series SAE O-Ring Boss male port and the other terminates in a 24-series SAE 37 degree male JIC flare. You just need to confirm those thread sizes match your lines before ordering.

got a hose end that’s 24 JIC male, will this elbow mate up to it or am i mixin fittings

This adapter is a 90 degree elbow with a male SAE 37 degree (JIC) on one end and a male SAE O-Ring Boss (ORB) on the other. It is meant to connect a JIC female swivel to the SAE 37 side, while the ORB male threads into an ORB port.
