trying to swap a hose end over, is 2046-4-6S the straight adapter that goes from 1/4 female pipe swivel to 3/8 female pipe?

Function-wise it is a straight female-to-female adapter with a 1/4 NPSM female swivel on one end and a 3/8 NPTF female on the other. It is part of Eaton Aeroquip’s 2046 series straight adapters.
